About the role

  • CRM Admin ensuring stable operation and development of the Salesforce platform over multiple entities. Collaborating with various stakeholders in an international setup to optimize and configure Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • You ensure the stable operation, continuous development and consistent use of our Salesforce platform across all entities.
  • Together with another CRM Admin, you are responsible for running and developing the central Salesforce organization.
  • You support the rollout and sustainable establishment of our CRM blueprint in more than 17 entities.
  • You configure and optimize Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ), including workflows, automations, page layouts and custom objects.
  • You ensure data quality, data integrity and clear governance standards.
  • You manage role and permission concepts in line with business requirements.
  • You work closely with stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, Operations and IT.
  • You analyze system usage and performance and proactively derive optimizations, training or support measures.
  • You evaluate and integrate third-party tools to extend Salesforce functionality when required.
  • You support users in their day-to-day work and run regular training sessions to increase user adoption.

Requirements

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration.
  • You have practical experience with CRM rollouts, change-management processes and measures to drive user adoption.
  • You possess a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, in particular Flows, automations and reporting.
  • You are comfortable working in an international, cross-company environment.
  • Ideally, you have experience in project work or in leading small teams.
  • You communicate clearly, in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
  • You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
