CRM Admin ensuring stable operation and development of the Salesforce platform over multiple entities. Collaborating with various stakeholders in an international setup to optimize and configure Salesforce.
Responsibilities
You ensure the stable operation, continuous development and consistent use of our Salesforce platform across all entities.
Together with another CRM Admin, you are responsible for running and developing the central Salesforce organization.
You support the rollout and sustainable establishment of our CRM blueprint in more than 17 entities.
You configure and optimize Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ), including workflows, automations, page layouts and custom objects.
You ensure data quality, data integrity and clear governance standards.
You manage role and permission concepts in line with business requirements.
You work closely with stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, Operations and IT.
You analyze system usage and performance and proactively derive optimizations, training or support measures.
You evaluate and integrate third-party tools to extend Salesforce functionality when required.
You support users in their day-to-day work and run regular training sessions to increase user adoption.
Requirements
You have at least 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration.
You have practical experience with CRM rollouts, change-management processes and measures to drive user adoption.
You possess a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, in particular Flows, automations and reporting.
You are comfortable working in an international, cross-company environment.
Ideally, you have experience in project work or in leading small teams.
You communicate clearly, in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
