Responsibilities
Plan, structure and execute the full ERP sales cycle for mid-sized companies (approximate annual revenue of R$50M to R$500M) with a focus on high-impact results.
Develop consultative sales presentations aligned with business strategies and the specific needs of enterprise customers.
Lead complex negotiations with corporate clients, engaging all relevant company stakeholders.
Coordinate internally with multiple departments to meet the requirements of complex sales processes.
Keep the CRM rigorously updated, ensuring consistent follow-ups and strategic opportunity mapping.
Continuously analyze commercial approaches, identifying lessons learned, market trends and opportunities to improve the sales process.
Collaborate with internal teams, sharing best practices and building creative solutions for strategic clients.
Represent the company in high-level meetings and strategic forums, reinforcing the company’s image as a trusted partner and industry specialist.
Requirements
Proven experience and results in high-value B2B sales, preferably in Software, ERP or complex technology solutions, managing strategic negotiations and long sales cycles.
Strong communication skills, active listening and the ability to build trusted relationships across different organizational levels.
Analytical, resilient and strategic mindset, with autonomy and discipline to manage complex negotiations and competing priorities.
University degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Business, Engineering or related fields.
Availability for in-person visits when required.
