  • Consumer Direct Team Sales Manager overseeing daily operations and sales performance for lending at Huntington. Ensuring compliance and fostering a high-performing sales environment in Michigan.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily operations of a team responsible for inbound and outbound consumer lending interactions.
  • Ensure effective lead management and drive sales of bank products and services.
  • Maintain a healthy lending pipeline aligned with departmental and organizational goals.
  • Deliver consistent, effective coaching and development to team members.
  • Implement, communicate, and enforce policies, procedures, and updates related to products, services.

Requirements

  • Highschool Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 3 years of sales and management experience required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Familiar with Word and Excel
  • Ability to professionally interact with all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated Passion for Sales and Customer Service. Desired candidates will have a strong referral/sales record
