About the role

  • Sales Analyst responsible for sales insights and operational improvements at GLS Group, collaborating closely with Sales leadership to enhance performance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide actionable sales insights and operational improvements
  • Develop and deliver performance analytics, identify revenue and productivity opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sales management to interpret performance metrics
  • Support the development, rollout, and administration of Sales Incentive Compensation programs
  • Prepare and deliver sales performance reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required with preferred field of study in Business, Mathematics, Logistics, Economics, or quantitative discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience in quantitative or analytics-focused role (e.g. Sales Ops Analyst, Sales Planning Analyst, Sales Enablement Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or related discipline)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, proficient in PowerPoint and Word
  • Proficiency with SQL, including querying, data extraction and basic transformation
  • Experience using CRM platforms to develop reports and dashboards
  • Experience in logistics or service-based industries preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
