About the role

  • Sales Manager focusing on adtech in Spain, driving revenue opportunities with agencies and brands. Engaging with partners to maximize Ogury's programmatic offering and fostering relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Support new business development efforts across agencies, brands, and DSPs in Spain
  • Assist in managing and growing existing client relationships
  • Help prepare sales pitches, proposals, and campaign recommendations
  • Support programmatic revenue growth in collaboration with senior sales colleagues
  • Maintain and update pipeline tracking and sales forecasts
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
  • Represent Ogury at selected industry events and networking opportunities
  • Build knowledge of Ogury’s solutions, the Spanish market, and programmatic advertising

Requirements

  • First professional experience in sales, account management, media, or digital advertising
  • Strong interest in digital advertising and programmatic ecosystems
  • Ability to learn quickly and operate in a structured, supportive sales environment
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, curious, and coachable mindset
  • Fluent Spanish and professional English
