Responsibilities
You plan, organize and support early-career events and personnel development measures — from preparation through on-site implementation.
You take on tasks in participant management, coordinate with service providers and ensure smooth operations.
You contribute your own ideas and help further develop existing concepts and formats.
You are involved in HR projects and can — depending on your interest — also take responsibility for your own smaller projects.
You maintain and update data in our HR systems to ensure high data quality.
You support the optimization and maintenance of our HR processes.
You create and update clear guides and documentation for HR applications.
You support the rollout of new HR systems or the further development of existing tools.
Requirements
You are enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Business Psychology or a comparable field.
Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience in the HR environment.
You have good knowledge of MS Office and an interest in HR systems (initial experience with systems such as SAP is an advantage but not required).
You work in an organized, structured and independent manner, demonstrate initiative and have an appetite for new topics.
You are a strong communicator and are interested in personnel development, HR projects and working with HR systems.
