About the role

  • HR Business Partner aligning EMEA people strategy with business goals and working closely with HR teams. Leading talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with EMEA senior leaders to align people strategy with business goals, advising on organisation design, workforce planning, talent development, and broader HR matters.
  • Work closely with HR Centres of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, L&D, HRIS) and global HR partners to deliver cohesive, scalable solutions for EMEA leaders.
  • Lead talent management, succession, and leadership development to build a robust pipeline.
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen engagement, inclusion, and a high‑performance, values‑led culture.
  • Coach leaders through change, providing expertise in communications, change management, and team effectiveness.
  • In partnership with EMEA HR Operations, use data and insights to inform decisions and ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies.
  • Resolve complex issues, including escalated employee relations matters and dispute mediation.
  • Together with EMEA HR Operations, ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and applicable legal requirements.
  • Ensure HR matters are handled efficiently, consistently, and with pace, in line with country‑specific legal and company requirements.
  • Lead HR initiatives supporting organisational change and transformation.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies that enable business objectives.
  • Lead programme and process reviews; design and implement improvements.
  • Adhere to all departmental quality and safety standards.
  • Comply with all company policies and operating procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience within HR, across HRBP functions.
  • Expert in EMEA employment law and HR policy; strong business/financial acumen.
  • Strategic, critical thinker; aligns HR to long-term business goals.
  • Advanced consulting/change skills (restructures, culture, process improvement).
  • Influential communicator; builds trust at all levels.
  • Data-driven; uses HR analytics to inform decisions and measure impact.
  • Leads cross-functional projects; delivers on time and to priority.
  • Coaches leaders/managers; builds leadership and team capability.
  • Deep DEI expertise; fosters inclusive, high-performing teams.
