Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of invoicing with tight deadlines
  • Maintain accuracy and speed in information processing
  • Keep up to date with ongoing changes in tax legislation affecting agribusiness
  • Integrate data and processes across different areas and systems
  • Issue and verify tax invoices for grain (incoming and outgoing)
  • Support reconciliation of data between the ERP/system and grain movement reports
  • Maintain constant communication with transport companies, warehouses, and the commercial team
  • Ensure compliance with current fiscal and tax regulations
  • Organize and file documents related to grain transactions

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Experience in agribusiness companies, grain trading, or storage is a plus
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (preferred)
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP systems is desirable

Benefits

  • Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM (2-hour lunch) and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM
