About the role

  • Administrative Assistant supporting SAFTI, a leading real estate network, handling various administrative tasks and supporting different company services.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative follow-up: Receiving and handling incoming calls, emails and mail
  • Assessing requests and relaying information
  • Administrative support to the Administration and Finance department
  • Participation in financial closings: Contributing to monthly, semi-annual and annual closings
  • Other cross-functional tasks: Participating in the implementation of new procedures
  • Contribution to GDPR compliance (applying personal data protection rules)
  • Occasional support to other departments as needed

Requirements

  • Diploma or experience in administration
  • Proficiency with office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Accuracy, strong organizational skills and initiative
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
  • Autonomy, proactivity and respect for confidentiality
