Responsibilities
Lead, drive, and support major structural projects
Implement HR tools at the local level or contribute to group-wide tool deployments (knowledge base, LMS, etc.)
Maintain and improve existing systems and processes
Automate anything that can be automated
Structure People processes
Lead certain France-specific projects: career development interviews, pay equity, social compliance
Support HR data work: consolidate, validate, and analyze data
Act as a true People Ops sponsor
Requirements
Minimum 8 years in People Ops / HR / Payroll / HRIS / HR systems in a start-up or scale-up environment
Very comfortable with tools: configuring, testing, and challenging processes
Data-friendly: proficient with Google Sheets, able to cross-reference information and produce clear tables and useful metrics
Comfortable with our stack: Google Workspace, Slack, Hibob, Elevo, Silae
Strong understanding of HR administration, payroll and labor law issues and comfortable working on these topics day-to-day
Enjoy being people-facing: answering questions, explaining and simplifying, and helping managers make informed decisions
Organized, autonomous, and accountable for the areas they own
Curious and pragmatic; not afraid to say “I don’t know, I’ll check”
Very good level of English (written and spoken)
