About the role

Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and department leads to identify skill gaps and design impactful training paths (soft skills, leadership, and technical onboarding).
- Elevate our "Octo-onboarding," ensuring every new joiner feels welcomed, informed, and ready to succeed from day one.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for specific roles, from sourcing and interviewing to offer management, ensuring a perfect cultural fit.
- Drive initiatives that foster a continuous learning mindset and strengthen our culture across the Spanish team.
- Track and analyze L&D metrics (training ROI, participation, and feedback) to constantly improve the quality of our development programs.
- Facilitate workshops and create engaging content/resources for our internal knowledge base.
- Work closely with our international Talent & People teams to align development strategies and share best practices.
- Manage training logistics, coordinate with external providers, use our ATS (Lever) for hiring, and help with contracts… we all pitch in!
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in People/HR roles, with a strong focus on Learning & Development, training coordination, or talent management.
- Proven ability to manage recruitment processes (end-to-end) and identify top-tier talent.
- Passion for creating world-class learning experiences; you care deeply about how people learn and grow.
- Experience working with ATS tools (Lever) and ideally some exposure to LMS (Learning Management Systems) or content creation tools.
- Comfort working in ambiguity; you are hands-on, solutions-focused, and love turning "we should do this" into "it's done."
- Strong skills to build trust and credibility with managers to diagnose team needs effectively.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (B2–C1 level or higher).
