Responsibilities
Train the staff of the franchise unit;
Oversee and support the installation of machinery and equipment at the franchise unit;
Knowledge of food handling standards and procedures for gelato production;
Knowledge of uniform/dress code standardization procedures;
Ensure excellence in customer service and front-of-house/cashier operations;
Organize and control store inventory;
Prepare and deliver reports on store opening training and refresher training;
Communicate critical service issues identified to the Operations team.
Requirements
Strong communication skills and didactic (teaching) ability;
Practical experience in gastronomy/food service;
Energetic, with strong leadership skills;
Time-study and workflow analysis (cronoanalysis);
Full availability for flexible hours and travel;
Preferred: degree or courses related to gastronomy/culinary arts.
