About the role

  • Learning & Development Manager at Qonto maintaining programs and ensuring quality learning support for Qontoers.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve self-service learning content to ensure our internal training catalogue runs smoothly throughout the maternity leave period.
  • Run and iterate group coaching sessions, including continued delivery of two Manager Academy modules.
  • Support internal experts in designing and structuring trainings for their teams, from scoping through to delivery.
  • Build new learning content in Sana, tailored to Qonto’s culture and aligned with identified skill gaps and business needs.
  • Facilitate learning initiatives end-to-end, including stakeholder alignment, delivery, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in Learning & Development with strong foundations in programme design and pedagogy.
  • Comfortable creating scalable learning content, including self-serve and tool-based learning.
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills, particularly with managers.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to deliver autonomously to a high standard.
