About the role

  • Senior Sales Development Representative responsible for lead generation in a SaaS startup. Collaborating with marketing and sales to develop scalable strategies for B2B engagement.

Responsibilities

  • You develop and own scalable strategies for lead generation and qualification in the B2B SaaS environment
  • You identify new market opportunities and build sustainable relationships with decision-makers
  • You conduct structured calls and prepare leads for the closing process
  • You analyze KPIs and derive actions for continuous optimization
  • You coach junior SDRs and actively share your knowledge within the team
  • You work closely with colleagues from marketing and sales to refine campaigns and messaging

  • Deep understanding of modern sales processes, CRM systems, and outreach strategies
  • Strong communication skills combined with analytical thinking and strategic vision

  • Experience working with KPIs and data-driven sales optimization
