Responsibilities
Analyze customers' complex business processes.
Develop customized and creative solutions based on Dynamics 365 CRM.
Act as the technical point of contact for our clients.
Take responsibility for the design, development, and quality assurance of D365 solutions.
Participate in client workshops and presentations.
Support sales with effort estimation and feasibility assessments.
Discuss and design state-of-the-art architectures within the project team.
Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Several years of professional experience.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft technologies, particularly the Dynamics 365 CRM modules.
Experience with enterprise software architectures.
Strong skills in extending modules using C# and JavaScript.
An open attitude toward AI-assisted technologies.
Very good German language skills (C1 level).
