About the role

  • Change Management Specialist contributing to organizational project success at OACIQ. Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance communication and facilitate new practices.

Responsibilities

  • Provide change management support
  • Contribute to defining change management strategies for projects
  • Conduct impact analyses, risk assessments and evaluate team readiness levels
  • Develop transition plans, including mobilization, engagement and manager support strategies
  • Ensure message consistency and collaborate on the development of communication materials
  • Prepare and facilitate support activities
  • Coordinate change management activities related to organizational projects
  • Provide methodological advice and support to managers and teams

Requirements

  • University degree in change management, human resources, communications or another relevant field. Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency with technology tools and the Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent command of French (spoken and written)
  • Bilingualism (French‑English): an asset
  • Minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in change management, project support or organizational development
  • Demonstrated experience in impact analysis, communication strategies and supporting teams through the implementation of new practices
  • Experience coordinating or actively participating in large-scale organizational projects
