Responsibilities
Support for the People & Competence Manager (PCM) team in day-to-day activities
Organizational development within Infrastructure & Platforms
Working in a global environment
Change management and support for the transformation of a product line within Group IT
Exposure to a shared-leadership model (PCM, Scrum Master, Product Owner)
Familiarization with an agile setup in daily work, including Agile basics (agility: values and principles & frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban)
Insights into HR topics within the product line (replacements, staffing strategy, relocations to best-cost countries, budget planning, cost center structure, etc.)
Organization and coordination of various information events, team events, and administration of communication platforms within Infrastructure & Platforms
Hands-on experience with software such as Mendix (workforce planning tool) and Jira
Insights into five different product groups with a total of 35 products — learning about organizational structures and/or technologies within a corporate environment
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Computer Science, ideally enrolled for at least the next 12 months
Interest in organizational development, change management, and agile ways of working
Learning mindset: curious about new technologies/trends and proactively driving your personal development
Structured and independent working style with strong communication skills
Enjoy working in international teams and possess very good German and good English language skills
Confident user of MS Office
