Responsibilities
Develop and drive the business development strategy
Define a multi-sector strategy based on our existing offerings (Technical Assistance & Training)
Build and track an action plan aligned with the PIC (Industrial and Commercial Plan)
Prospect new clients and markets
Attend trade shows, conferences and events to strengthen our field presence
Stay attuned to the market and our clients to identify new needs
Collaborate with internal teams to assess the feasibility of new offerings
Monitor business plans and draft commercial proposals
Negotiate contracts in accordance with defined KPIs
Launch projects and lead PRMs (Project Review Meetings) at client sites
Liaise with Operations Management for major projects
Monitor invoicing and prepare regular reports
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (minimum)
At least 5 years' experience in commercial/business development, ideally in demanding industrial sectors such as defense, aerospace, naval, rail, nuclear or energy
Strong negotiation and prospecting skills
Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel (VBA appreciated)
Good understanding of industrial/technical environments
