About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle at NOV. Attracting and evaluating candidates while collaborating with hiring managers in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
  • Innovative Sourcing: Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of high-calibre candidates.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including interviews, assessments, and reference checks, to ensure candidates meet both technical and cultural fit criteria.
  • Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Data-Driven Improvement: Use data analytics to monitor and enhance key performance indicators related to recruitment speed, quality, and satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and compliance standards, staying informed about relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a corporate environment, with the ability to handle high-volume recruitment cycles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and other relevant tools.
  • A track record of meeting recruitment targets while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Experience in recruiting for blue-collar positions.
  • Proficiency in German/ Dutch/ Danish/ Norwegian will be an asset.
