Product Training & Customer Experience Manager designing training for retail health food stores. Leading L&D efforts to empower teams and improve customer service across locations.
Responsibilities
Develop and deliver impactful product training across in-person, virtual, and in-store formats.
Provide effective leadership to the L&D team, ensuring they are supported and enabled to perform at their best.
Maintain and enhance our Learning Management System (LMS).
Support new store openings and new role Store Managers with tailored training plans and on-site coaching.
Partner with Retail Operations to review customer feedback and implement improvement initiatives.
Conduct regular store visits to provide guidance and ensure training is applied effectively.
Lead and support team performance through clear communication, goal-setting, and continuous development.
Provide weekly reports and consistent updates to the HR Manager.
Requirements
Experience designing and delivering training programmes (retail or customer-focused environments preferred).
Strong communication and presentation skills, both in person and virtually.
A natural leader who can motivate, coach, and support teams.
Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable, with a passion for customer experience.
Willingness to travel to stores and work flexibly when required.
