About the role

  • Product Training & Customer Experience Manager designing training for retail health food stores. Leading L&D efforts to empower teams and improve customer service across locations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver impactful product training across in-person, virtual, and in-store formats.
  • Provide effective leadership to the L&D team, ensuring they are supported and enabled to perform at their best.
  • Maintain and enhance our Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Support new store openings and new role Store Managers with tailored training plans and on-site coaching.
  • Partner with Retail Operations to review customer feedback and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct regular store visits to provide guidance and ensure training is applied effectively.
  • Lead and support team performance through clear communication, goal-setting, and continuous development.
  • Provide weekly reports and consistent updates to the HR Manager.

Requirements

  • Experience designing and delivering training programmes (retail or customer-focused environments preferred).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both in person and virtually.
  • A natural leader who can motivate, coach, and support teams.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable, with a passion for customer experience.
  • Willingness to travel to stores and work flexibly when required.
