Responsibilities
Identify opportunities and pursuits that drive our segment’s growth in the Weapons System Division portfolio
Deliver an extraordinary customer experience across our global customer environment
Infuse our strategic focus and messaging into all elements of our customer engagement
Identify and implement business development pursuits relating to new markets, products, industries, technologies, or services
Coordinate collaboratively with other internal functional departments to identify, prioritize and execute business development projects
Develop and disseminate information on a regular basis to all pertinent parties concerning the fulfillment of European Strategy and Business Development goals and objectives
Requirements
12 years of experience in Business Development, International Affairs, or Business (or a related discipline)
Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs or Business (or a related discipline) with a minimum of 8 years experience, Aerospace and Defense industry experience a strong preference
Master’s degree in Business or a related discipline with a minimum of 6 years experience, Aerospace and Defense industry experience a strong preference
U.S. Citizenship
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret clearance
Proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and experience with CRM tools (SalesForce preferred)
Must be able to travel as needed (up to 50% of the time)
