About the role

  • BDR responsible for generating and qualifying potential clients for sales executives. Seeking innovative solutions within a leading Brazilian software company.

Responsibilities

  • Will be responsible for directly generating lists to identify, prospect, and qualify potential clients with the objective of passing the best opportunities to sales executives.
  • Segment and manage prospecting lists using commercial intelligence strategies through the use of technology.
  • Map information about prospects, identifying decision-makers via phone, email, or social networks to present the product/service.
  • Understand and neutralize the main objections of potential clients.
  • Improve and capture commercial information.
  • Identify sales opportunities and present our products/services.
  • Schedule meetings for closing sales between the potential client and our sales executives.
  • Make first contact with leads.
  • Work on social selling and deepen relationships with leads through social channels.
  • Share knowledge about prospect behavior with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Provide the commercial team with insights to improve the definition of the ICP - Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Actively contribute to improving prospecting processes.
  • Act as the interface between sales and marketing.
  • Meet opportunity targets.
  • Develop automations within prospecting tools.

Requirements

  • CRM and LinkedIn for sales techniques
  • Experience
  • Experience with B2B digital product sales campaigns
  • Knowledge of social selling and SPIN Selling is desirable
  • IT: intermediate Microsoft Office skills
