About the role
- Instructional Designer transforming content into interactive online courses for NinjaTrader. Working with multimedia tools to enhance learning for traders.
Responsibilities
- Take written content, storyboards, videos, and scripts and transform them into engaging interactive online multimedia courses using cutting-edge e-learning authoring software tools
- Design motion-graphics elements, animations, and transitions using Adobe After Effects
- Track multiple projects, with detailed timelines, and maintain version control for all deliverables
- Evaluate and test all course elements to maintain high quality standards
- Stay current with e-learning trends, multimedia production best practices, and emerging technology for online content creation
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing and producing e-learning/multimedia courses
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Firsthand experience with one or more e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate
- Solid understanding of instructional design models with adult learning principles, storyboarding, course flow, and visual design
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project-management skills.
