Responsibilities
Approach potential sales partners such as lottery shops, kiosks, and petrol stations directly and win them over as new partners
Train, onboard and activate our customer base so they can successfully start selling and using our products
Build long-term, trust-based relationships and independently manage your partner network
Keep your sales territory active through targeted campaigns and continuous support
Document your activities in the CRM system (Salesforce) and monitor your results
Requirements
Proven success in B2B field sales and account acquisition with customers in the retail or convenience store sectors; experience in cold prospecting/cold calling is a plus
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Winning mentality: willing to learn quickly, drive initiatives forward, and go the extra mile for yourself and your team
Proactive, service-oriented working style with a focus on customer satisfaction and added value
Flexibility, willingness to travel, and a valid driving licence (Class B)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German; English and other foreign languages are an advantage
