About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for developing Nickel's partner network in Berlin. Engaging potential partners and enhancing customer relationships in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach and win potential sales partners directly
  • Train and activate our customer base
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships
  • Keep your sales territory active and growing
  • Document your activities in the CRM system (Salesforce)

Requirements

  • Proven success in B2B field sales and business development
  • Experience in cold calling is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, service-oriented working style
  • Flexibility, willingness to travel and a valid driving license (Class B)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
