Requirements
You are studying Psychology, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field and are available for at least two semesters.
You have initial experience with recruiting processes and want to deepen your knowledge in talent acquisition.
You communicate confidently and persuasively — both written and verbal — and approach candidates, managers, and team members in a friendly and open manner.
You enjoy working with numbers, analyze recruitment KPIs, and derive actionable recommendations for the recruiting strategy.
You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
