You will take ownership of your own projects and drive them proactively, for example by improving our digital workflows (process automation) and expanding our HRIS (HRworks) to continuously enhance NewTec’s HR services
You will manage a variety of HR tasks, such as preparing onboarding for new employees and supporting all working students and interns with personnel-related questions
You will support the entire team by designing new processes and overseeing their implementation (e.g., in areas such as employee feedback, kudos, document management, training and reporting) to ensure high quality standards within our team
You will be responsible for evaluating and researching new tools and external providers that have the potential to make our daily work more efficient
Requirements
You have been enrolled for at least 2 semesters in (business) psychology, business administration, social sciences or a comparable degree program and are available for approximately 16–20 hours per week
You are known for your analytical, solution-oriented approach and attention to detail
Ideally, you already have experience with one or more topics in HR management; anything you don’t yet know we will teach you
You are fluent in German and English
