Responsibilities
Administer and optimize SAP SuccessFactors (with a focus on Employee Central)
Ensure the quality and integrity of employee and organizational master data
Create reports, dashboards, and queries to support data-driven HR decision-making
Support the implementation of functional requirements and take on project-related tasks
Drive the further development of the HR system landscape and ensure 2nd-level support
Develop guidelines for collaboration between HR stakeholders and internal IT, and for the management of external service providers
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related field
Several years of experience implementing, maintaining, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors solutions
Knowledge of data management and experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL)
Experience with additional HR software is an advantage
Excellent German and English skills for effective communication with international colleagues and service providers
