Responsibilities
Take responsibility for the entire sales process, from lead generation and proposal preparation to presentation and negotiation with our clients
Use a deep understanding of our clients' businesses to expand customer relationships through cross- and up-selling
Develop and implement appropriate sales initiatives within the customer segment
Identify market movements and proactively seize project opportunities
Attend trade shows for client acquisition as well as for maintaining and expanding the network
Requirements
Minimum 10 years' professional experience in account management and/or business development
Experience selling services or technical solutions in one of our industries (e.g., industrial, medical technology, automotive)
Proficient in using CRM systems
Proven ability to cooperate with clients at management level and to build long-term relationships
Willingness to travel for client support and network maintenance (predominantly one-day client visits, occasional multi-day business trips)
Excellent communication skills in German and English
