About the role

  • Senior Account Manager at NewTec developing safety and security projects. Responsible for the entire sales process and enhancing customer relationships in various industries.

Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the entire sales process, from lead generation and proposal preparation to presentation and negotiation with our clients
  • Use a deep understanding of our clients' businesses to expand customer relationships through cross- and up-selling
  • Develop and implement appropriate sales initiatives within the customer segment
  • Identify market movements and proactively seize project opportunities
  • Attend trade shows for client acquisition as well as for maintaining and expanding the network

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years' professional experience in account management and/or business development
  • Experience selling services or technical solutions in one of our industries (e.g., industrial, medical technology, automotive)
  • Proficient in using CRM systems
  • Proven ability to cooperate with clients at management level and to build long-term relationships
  • Willingness to travel for client support and network maintenance (predominantly one-day client visits, occasional multi-day business trips)
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
