Responsibilities
Get things done, whatever they may be — from researching specific topics, scheduling meetings, writing project briefs, maintaining all types of project lists, handling travel bookings, and calculating budgets for smaller projects to supporting project execution
Monitor trends in the social (and real) world — what’s trending and what’s not
Support the team in planning, organizing and executing events/projects from A to Z and other (fun) activities
Present results or project plans
Reach out to clients and other agency partners
Contribute to and share the agency’s culture
Requirements
Completed bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications, or one year of experience at an event agency, marketing agency, or in a dynamic client environment
Highly familiar with Microsoft 365 Office tools and/or other operational/creative tools such as Miro, Notion, etc.
Passion for project delivery and process management
Can-do attitude and willingness to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
Always curious and eager to learn new things
Very good written and spoken German and English
