Responsibilities

  • Play a critical role in shaping and embedding people practices
  • Ensure people decisions support business performance and cultural consistency

  • Own the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through to offboarding

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR generalist in a growing or complex organisation
  • Strong employment law knowledge with the ability to operate within global policy frameworks
  • Demonstrated commercial awareness and understanding of business drivers
  • Experience embedding performance management and leadership capability
  • Strong coaching skills with the credibility to influence at leadership level
  • Comfortable balancing global consistency with local judgement and pragmatism
  • Commercially minded, pragmatic and outcome-focused
  • Confident operating between global expectations and local realities
  • Resilient and adaptable in fast-changing environments
  • Trusted advisor with strong judgement and integrity
  • Passionate about building great management practice and engaged teams
