Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders across the APJ region
Partner with teams in the Philippines, Australia, and Singapore
Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team
Lead initiatives that enhance engagement, retention, and collaboration
Manage HR operations, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance
Drive or contribute to strategic HR projects
Partner with global HR peers and business stakeholders
Operate effectively in an environment of evolving priorities
Requirements
8+ years of progressive HR experience
Proven success working within multinational environments
Experience in startup or hypergrowth settings
Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to support or lead recruitment initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Fluency in English required; additional regional languages are a plus
