About the role

  • HR Business Partner Lead providing strategic and operational support in HR at L3Harris. Collaborating with management on HR interventions and initiatives to improve practices.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational support to managers and employees
  • Offer advice and coaching to leaders and managers on HR management issues
  • Conduct HR interventions adapted to business needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues for staffing, compensation, and training support

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations or Business Administration, Human Resources Management option
  • Minimum twelve (12) years of relevant experience and holder of the CRHA designation
  • Good experience in labour relations management
  • Strong organizational and priority management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
