Requirements

  • 5–10 years of HR experience in the retail business
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive
  • Strong knowledge of labor law, HR best practices, and HR systems
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in Japanese and business level in English
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking
  • Detail-oriented with a hands-on mindset
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Thrives in agile, fast-growing environments
