About the role

  • Senior HRIS Analyst managing product execution for HR technology. Leading project teams and data governance initiatives in hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities

  • Act as Product Owner for Data Architecture across HRIS technology landscape of systems
  • Manage multiple project teams and coordinates with multiple stakeholders
  • Oversee and design the integration of HRIS with other business systems
  • Consult with project sponsors to develop project charters and schedules
  • Create detailed business analysis to outline problems, opportunities, and solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferrably in HR, Management Information Systems or IT, or equivalent experience
  • 5 – 7 years work experience with HRIS systems, preferrably SuccessFactors
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish strong relationships at all levels and across functions within a regional and global organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Thorough understanding of all areas of HR information systems and system design
  • Strong understanding of HR master and transactional data structures
  • Outstanding project management skills
