Responsibilities
Comprehensive organizational, administrative and personal support for the management team.
Scheduling and coordination of appointments, meetings, business travel and confidential matters.
Preparation, review and follow-up of documents, contracts, presentations and reports.
Communication interface between management, internal departments, external partners, law firms and clients.
Support with legal and administrative matters.
Coordination of internal and external communications on behalf of management.
Ensuring a professional, discreet and confident representation of management both internally and externally.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in an international environment.
Very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills, both written and spoken; Polish language skills are an advantage.
Experience collaborating with law firms or handling legal matters.
Completed training or degree in law, business law, business administration or a comparable qualification.
Excellent organizational skills, discretion, initiative and a strong sense of responsibility.
Reliable, structured and solution-oriented working style with a good sense of priorities.
Confident user of MS Office and digital tools.
Professional appearance and enjoyment of collaborating with various stakeholders at management level.
