Responsibilities
You act as a central interface and sparring partner to the CMO and the Marketing Team Heads, prioritize topics, prepare decision materials and enable fast, well-informed decisions
You manage and coordinate strategic marketing projects, meet deadlines and ensure cross-functional and cross-market alignment
You structure information, set the topics and meeting agenda, and ensure clear, audience-appropriate communication
You connect global marketing teams, collect and scale best practices, and support the implementation of effective marketing initiatives
You are responsible for strategic marketing projects such as initiatives to increase store traffic, sustainability projects and digital campaigns
You develop compelling presentations, market and trend analyses, marketing roadmaps and content for internal communication platforms
You establish a global format that makes marketing successes, innovations and achieved milestones visible, communicated and celebrated for stores and markets worldwide
Requirements
You have experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff or as a project manager in a marketing environment
You confidently manage complex projects and keep priorities and deadlines in view at all times
You communicate clearly and confidently – especially when dealing with C-level executives, international stakeholders and marketing teams
You analyze topics quickly, prepare decisions precisely and create persuasive presentations
You act with discretion, provide candid feedback and handle sensitive marketing topics with confidence
You work in a structured, proactive way and take responsibility both strategically and operationally
