About the role

  • Corporate Secretarial Officer managing compliance for UK entities in a hybrid role. Collaborating with clients to ensure timely statutory filings and maintaining corporate records.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the compliance diary for a large portfolio of UK entities
  • Preparing annual confirmation statements and liaising with clients
  • Updating statutory registers upon instruction of clients
  • Informing clients of statutory deadlines
  • Drafting Director resolutions
  • Maintenance of electronic corporate records
  • Drafting of relevant approvals for routine corporate changes
  • Incorporating UK entities and drafting post-completion documentation
  • Contributing to revenue through accurate invoicing
  • Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Strong time management, organisational and planning skills - ability to prioritise work, multi-task and meet deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail, ensuring accurate and timely completion of critical tasks (often with a compliance focus)
  • Aptitude for implementing efficient processes
  • Good rapport building and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident communicating and working effectively with multiple stakeholders (clients and colleagues) at all levels
  • High standard of professional and personal conduct and ethical behaviour
  • Commercial and practical outlook
  • IT literate, excellent computer skills, in particular MS Office, Excel and Outlook
  • Degree level educated
