Responsibilities
Provide clerical support to the Manager(s) Health Services, including processing job postings and related paperwork.
Maintain position control.
Register new hires in orientation sessions as required.
Ensure that the Manager(s) is/are aware of staffing levels.
Maintain information and employee profiles in the SAP and/or ESP staff scheduling system.
Update the day-to-day schedule changes in ESP and/or SAP and run staffing reports as requested.
Coordinate the appointment calendars for the Manager Health Services and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum two years previous related experience, preferably in a health care setting.
