About the role

  • Talent Acquisition role at Neogrid focusing on end-to-end recruiting for diverse business areas. Engaging with candidates and stakeholders while ensuring excellent hiring experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple areas (Commercial, Tech, Corporate, and other business areas).
  • Conduct market mapping and perform strategic sourcing (hunting).
  • Build and nurture relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure a smooth and respectful candidate experience for all applicants.
  • Organize and prioritize a high volume of openings while maintaining pace and quality.
  • Produce analyses to support hiring decisions.
  • Contribute to improving recruitment practices, routines, and tools.

Requirements

  • Experience with high-volume end-to-end recruitment and selection.
  • Expertise in sourcing and/or market mapping.
  • Knowledge of competency-based selection methodologies (such as STAR, Learning Agility, etc.).
  • Analytical ability to create and analyze TA data (funnel, SLA, volume).
  • Experience working in a technology company.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and with empathy.
  • Ownership of deliverables and comfort with autonomy.
  • Experience with ATS tools (Gupy, InHire, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo, Joinville, or Florianópolis.
