Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple areas (Commercial, Tech, Corporate, and other business areas).
Conduct market mapping and perform strategic sourcing (hunting).
Build and nurture relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Ensure a smooth and respectful candidate experience for all applicants.
Organize and prioritize a high volume of openings while maintaining pace and quality.
Produce analyses to support hiring decisions.
Contribute to improving recruitment practices, routines, and tools.
Requirements
Experience with high-volume end-to-end recruitment and selection.
Expertise in sourcing and/or market mapping.
Knowledge of competency-based selection methodologies (such as STAR, Learning Agility, etc.).
Analytical ability to create and analyze TA data (funnel, SLA, volume).
Experience working in a technology company.
Ability to communicate clearly and with empathy.
Ownership of deliverables and comfort with autonomy.
Experience with ATS tools (Gupy, InHire, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo, Joinville, or Florianópolis.
