About the role

Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements from clients
  • Coordinate with clients to clarify implementation stages
  • Map and understand client needs
  • Become familiar with standard solution implementation patterns
  • Provide technical support to clients during implementation
  • Report the status of assigned activities
  • Perform system configuration and parameterization
  • Monitor product implementation alongside the client
  • Deliver training to internal staff and clients
  • Prepare documentation, timelines, kick-off presentations, and action plans

Requirements

  • Sense of urgency and time-management skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Negotiation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Teamwork and collaborative mindset
  • It will be a plus if you have:
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain
  • Experience in support and/or implementation/onboarding
