About the role

  • Vendor Onboarding Coordinator responsible for onboarding and maintaining vendor profiles. Ensuring compliance and timely processing of vendor onboarding documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the processing of vendor onboarding documentation.
  • Update the database with Vendor profile information.
  • Maintain vendor information in the database.
  • Follow the department email box.
  • Responsible for meeting department productivity and quality goals.
  • Communicate with Vendor Operations on a regular basis.
  • Follow Compliance Escalation policy.
  • Maintain compliance with Industry Independence Guidelines.
  • Uphold standard ServiceLink Attendance and Punctuality Policy.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize, research and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ability to provide clear, concise written responses to internal customers and vendors.
  • Leadership skills and ability to organize and motivate others.
  • Dedication to employee training and mentoring.
  • The ability to maintain a positive and professional business relationship with internal staff and vendors.
  • Prior lead experience preferred.
