About the role

  • Content & System Operations Specialist managing system support and content generation for Neighborly. Collaborating with teams to enhance operational efficiency in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the systems team to provide strategic assistance for systems like HubSpot, WishPortal, and GOM
  • Generate content for CRM activities, including Email and SMS workflows
  • Assist in creating training content for new and existing systems
  • Provide IT support to franchise owners through Zendesk
  • Suggest new systematic approaches to increase operational efficiency across various platforms
  • Evaluate the brand's in-person event strategy to determine areas for improvement

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in operational management or a related IT field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with managing different types of technology, such as HubSpot and Point of Sales systems
  • Proven track record of learning and implementing new systems is preferred
