About the role

  • E-Learning Content Development Associate developing and maintaining training materials for Stolthaven’s operations. Creating diverse training formats and collaborating with various internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • The E-Learning Content Development Associate plays a crucial role in developing and maintaining comprehensive in-house training materials in various formats, including videos, infographics, and e-learning modules.
  • They ensure the training materials are available through the appropriate channels for the target audience.
  • With a customer base of approximately 600 people from various functions and terminals, their work will have significant visibility across the company and impact directly on their knowledge and awareness.
  • There is a high demand for the development of training for our internal systems, given the wide diversity of tasks and topics relevant to terminal staff.
  • Participate in the scope, design, and development of new and updated courses as per Stolthaven requirements and standards, in cooperation with the Subject Matter Experts (SME) and Process Owners (PO).
  • Lend expertise in the technical aspects of eLearning and training tools to internal stakeholders, as requested.
  • Review & enhance the exercises and work examples for proper coverage of the learning objectives.
  • Set and maintain processes from initiation to sign off for the development on in-house e-learnings, as well as maintaining these materials over time.
  • Admin of LMS to deploy courses and run reports.
  • Continuous review of e-learning feedback to find and address issues and develop the impact of the materials.
  • Annual review of existing in-house courses for required updates and pro-actively check with SME for possible content changes.
  • Maintain knowledge and skill levels by receiving relevant training and reviewing related documentation and company communications related to current affairs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, Writing, Communication, Instructional Design, or related field. (AB English, BA in Communication, BS Journalism preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in learning and development
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Articulate Storyline 360, Synthesia, Adobe Captivate and Adobe Illustrator (or any vector design tool)
  • LMS knowledge is a plus
  • Experience developing training materials or knowledge bases for systems is an advantage
  • Familiarity with AI tools
  • Highly organized and structured, with strong administrative skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Creative, proactive, and hands-on
  • Spanish/Portuguese speaker a plus
