Represent the company at business events, networking activities, and HR industry exhibitions.
Collaborate closely with recruitment, HR, and operations teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business development KPIs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
+2 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
Previous experience working in a startup environment is required.
Experience with HR or Recruitment Agencies is a strong plus.
Background in HR, Medical Insurance, Business Services, IT, Marketing, or related fields.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
