Responsibilities

  • Work on Salesforce support for service and sales operations
  • Troubleshoot users’ issues and deliver user enhancements
  • Assist in customization, configuration, and maintenance of Salesforce CRM
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Analyzing & documenting user requirements
  • Data cleansing
  • User report building
  • Support ticket maintenance and reporting
