Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion .
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends , customer needs and competitive landscape.
Manage Client accounts , ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
Oversee performance marketing campaigns ( PPC ,Social Media Ads ..) and optimize for ROI.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success.
Prepare and present reports to clients on campaign performance and growth opportunities
Negotiate contracts pricing and scope of work with clients
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Marketing , Digital Marketing or a related field is preferred .
Proficient in Marketing platforms and tools ( Facebook Ads , Google Ads , TikTok Ads , Analytics platforms )
Strong Knowledge of performance marketing strategies and kpi's .
Ability to analyze campaign data and make data driven decisions.
Excellent communication , negotiation and presenting skills .
Competency in Excel , reporting tools & CRM Systems.
Proven Experience in Business Development Within a marketing agency.
Strong track record as an account manager handling multiple clients .
Experience managing performance marketing campaigns with measurable results.
Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients & growing existing accounts
Skilled in CRM systems ,reporting tools and excel for managing clients and tracking performance.
Deep understanding of key performance indicators (KPI's ) such as ROI , CIR , CPA and how to leverage them for campaign success.
