About the role

  • Lead and develop a layered team of recruiters and client leads responsible for identifying and hiring top campus talent
  • Partner with key business stakeholders and accountable executives as well as internal HR partners, campus programs teams, and other Students & Grads leaders to understand recruiting needs and develop strategies to meet hiring goals
  • Guide the team in executing a sourcing and recruiting strategy that identifies top talent and delivers an optimal candidate experience from initial outreach to offer acceptance
  • Collaborate with interview operations ahead of each season on forecasting, selection logistics, and interviewer engagement strategies

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 4 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consulting OR a combination of the three
  • At least 2 years of experience in Client Management
  • At least 2 years of experience of People Management experience
  • Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in Campus or Corporate Recruiting (preferred)
  • Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring
