Lead and develop a layered team of recruiters and client leads responsible for identifying and hiring top campus talent
Partner with key business stakeholders and accountable executives as well as internal HR partners, campus programs teams, and other Students & Grads leaders to understand recruiting needs and develop strategies to meet hiring goals
Guide the team in executing a sourcing and recruiting strategy that identifies top talent and delivers an optimal candidate experience from initial outreach to offer acceptance
Collaborate with interview operations ahead of each season on forecasting, selection logistics, and interviewer engagement strategies
Requirements
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 4 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consulting OR a combination of the three
At least 2 years of experience in Client Management
At least 2 years of experience of People Management experience
Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification (preferred)
5+ years of experience in Campus or Corporate Recruiting (preferred)
Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring
