About the role
- Collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers to articulate learning needs, learning agendas, and research roadmaps
- Tracking research questions and insights within the portfolio
- Maintaining a close relationship to research peers across the line of business to identify opportunities to re-use learnings and collaborate on research that can serve multiple programs
- Enabling focus, transparency and expectations for design research practice across cross functional portfolio and accelerates learning velocity
- Effectively navigating the needs of partners and stakeholders by leveraging critical thinking skills
- Applying relevant insights on customers, competitors and broader market trends to business challenges
Requirements
- At least 4 years conducting user research
- At least 4 years conducting quantitative or qualitative primary research or data analysis (survey data, behavioral analytics, etc.)
- At least 7 years conducting research in large, corporate enterprises (preferred)
- Exceptional business communications (verbal and written)
- Proven ability to influence executives
