Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in UX research
- Proficiency with research tools (Glassbox, Hotjar, UserTesting, etc.)
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, compelling narratives
- Experience influencing design and product strategy through research
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
